Freedom Crossing: The Underground Railroad in Greater Niagara is ideal for self-guided exploration.  With an abundance of historic photos, interpretive panels, artifacts and two informational videos, visitors are free to experience the interpretive center at their own pace.  Freedom Crossing is open during regular Castellani Art Museum hours (Tuesday – Saturday, 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Sundays 1:00 – 5:00 p.m.) and admission is free.

The Castellani Art Museum is closed whenever Niagara University is on holiday break. Please call 716-286-8200 before visiting.

We do not offer guided tours of Freedom Crossing for the general public.
